#STRENGH, EFFORT AND ENDURANCE
“It is still curious that both the force of gravity and the principle of force of Archimedes, both make a counter force. The first best known from the sky to the earth, from top to bottom, and the second, from the bottom of the ocean to the surface of the sea, from the bottom up. A physical force that we hardly perceive and that, however, always keeps us in balance.
Life is being rearranged at every moment and there is also a balance of forces that is manifesting itself through each and every one of our daily activities. Each of the events in which we are involved throughout the day has an order code printed and it works perfectly when we are aligned with the present.
When due to the lack of attention and continuous distraction in the objects, some of these daily actions respond to thoughts and programs based on past beliefs, these repetitive habits push us towards the imbalance in the form of suffering, tension or anxiety, and with it We lose a lot of energy. Actually, there is no such thing as imbalance, it is just a way of explaining how equilibrium is realigning with itself all the time all the time. The balance could be understood as the navigator of a car, which is always leading us to our destination even if we ignore it. From the point of view of the browser, we are always marking the correct address and destination, even if we are doing the opposite.
In our experience the same happens. The imbalance is just a mental projection that does not really exist and is born from that compulsive fixation towards thoughts. All this is closing, clouding our broad and open perspective and with all this we also lose the clarity necessary to face any type of adverse situation. In this sense, life always guides us on our path to freedom.
When we create a force of resistance in relation to a painful sensation, an unpleasant event or with a certain person, it turns naturally against ourselves. Although we may not feel that force, it is always being created from here. Strength, effort, reinforcement or mental resistance, are here words for the same. Fear is one of the most common ways we know of the action of resisting something that happens in this present moment. […] ”
