The purpose of the WORKSHOP "THE TOTAL MEDITATION" is to help us re-educate our body and mind to move with a new global understanding, an understanding that goes beyond the merely intellectual and is totally experiential. The objective is to be able to open ourselves to everything with which we come into contact in daily life, the world of the senses, sensations and relationships, which makes us more sensitive and strong in the face of everything that is happening to us. Deploy our senses, better manage emotions, awaken the sensitivity of our body and learn to follow our own inner intuition.

Introduction to the Course on how to bring awareness to ourselves through the sensations of our body, the perceptions that create our world, and the mental part. In this Episode we will see how the experience interacts in a total way without us doing anything, simply observing what happens in us and around us.
We start this episode with a few basics to fully delve into our experience. This first approach shows us the way to become familiar with this background observation in order to begin to learn to focus attention on what really interests us and gives meaning to everything.
The course passes through a year of meditation going through the 4 seasons and how each of them affect us in our state of mind, in our capacity for action or reflection. Knowing these changes allows us to learn how we work and what automatisms we follow according to the stage we are in, the time of day or the place, the space or the environment where we are moving.
Putting Consciousness in each object, each situation or action, generates an automatic improvement in any type of area of our life, both at the level of our body, our mind, our food or economy. It is the mind in charge of generating these changes, both positive and negative. In this episode we will emphasize a few simple steps to learn to manage our mind.
In this Long Meditation Session, we delve into deeper layers of our individual conditioning, layers that have been ingrained in our sensations, emotions, and feelings for many years, even decades. Once we are raising awareness in ourselves, we will observe how the problem is not ours any of our thoughts, but our direction towards them. We will learn to reverse this process by putting the spotlight on ourselves.
We started this episode walking through a forest as a way to relax and recover the true sensations of what it means to be alive. This ride we He makes movement part of meditation, accustomed to the still image of the meditator. This helps us to expand our state of consciousness in any type of everyday situation.
Life speaks to us many times in languages that we cannot understand through the mind. Directing attention towards feeling makes us realize how our sensations, emotions and feelings are communicating with us all the time. Observing the feeling also allows us to listen deeply to our heart to obtain more clarity in action and better results in what refers to our relationships, activities and jobs.
The vibration of life is shown in our experience at every moment, in the form of a bodily sensation, in any of our 5 senses, smells, tastes, sights, textures and sounds. Sounds are precisely a good example to see what the process of vibrating through listening to music is like and how it inspires us at all levels of our experience.
Being aware not only generates innumerable benefits on a day-to-day basis, but we enter deeper states that are what have the most implications in our life. These deeper benefits go beyond the mind and drive us to shine every day of our life.
In this Session we delve into deeper layers of our individual conditioning, layers that have been established in our body memory and in this way we can go deeper into ourselves. All these beliefs have been turning into tensions, contractions and pain that as we become aware are gradually released.
We start this new session of the course with some basic concepts to familiarize ourselves with our observation starting with something as simple as breathing. And from there, to be able to enter this circle of breathing so powerful when we bring awareness to it. Besides being a useful tool in times of stress, tension or conflict.
Being aware of this circle of breathing, of inspiring - to inhale energy -, and of exhaling - to eliminate tension - also shows us a direct path to enter a deeper dimension of ourselves. A way of integrating what is inside and what is outside in a great invisible space of presence.
Breathing deeply in a conscious way brings us 10 benefits. We will list them one by one, going through each one of them seeing how it affects our general attitude, our mood, mental and physical health. In short, we can see in a practical way how these tools immediately in our daily lives.
Putting Consciousness in a sea breeze while we are sitting on the sand of the beach, allows us to see how each little detail is related to everything and at the same time, it gives us the opportunity to open ourselves to the experience through the senses.
In this Session we delve into the deepest emotions such as fear and how an increase in breathing is related as anxiety and a loss of vital breath such as depression. How to use our consciousness to reverse this process and balance our breathing so that it acts on us naturally.
In the same way that a tree needs to recycle its leaves each year, our minds need to renew its ideas, continually question belief systems, and test its full potential in action. That is why we need to free up space in our mind so that new challenges and goals can appear in our life.
Ideas, thoughts and mental images are part of the creativity of the present moment and are an incredible instrument when we put them at our disposal. When we use them in a correct and measured way, they play totally in our favor and give us an advantage when it comes to being creators of our own life.
Putting Awareness in our thoughts is to give oxygen to our mind so that new ideas appear that give us that surprise and adventure so necessary in our daily lives and in this way feel alive. Our mind has incredible potential that needs our attention to be deeply explored.
Visualization gives us useful tools to realize how we are projecting our world through the mind. Writing allows us to put on paper what our vision of life is, and in this way be clear about what types of thoughts are harmful and toxic and generate suffering in our day to day, and from there, to be able to build more beautiful and creative that make us grow in our true life purposes.
In this Session we will become aware of the thoughts as a metaphor of a teacher who is in charge of a class with girls and boys that he has to manage in an attentive and intelligent way. Each student is a sense that opens like a flower to teach us something tremendously important.
To get to the top of a mountain we have had to start with a preparation, go through different trails, paths, stages that allow us to learn and know the terrain through which we are passing. In this session, we will see how we can adapt and progress individually, always in relation to our unconditioned part, which does not need to do anything to feel complete.
Who am I? What is behind this mask that we have built of the Ego? What is a step beyond the reality of the individual? Beyond the mental part there is a dimension within us that integrates and gives meaning to our life experience.
Our Experience works in a total and comprehensive way. What gives us this sense of being united with everything is our consciousness. This awareness or presence also includes everything that concerns our individual part, that which makes us unique and different and that always celebrates the unity, diversity and multiplicity of life.
The key to everything that we are going through in our life is our conscience. It is the basis for knowing, experimenting, knowing how to interpret and face the events that happen to us. Consciousness allows us to observe in a neutral and detached way how each thing affects us in our state of mind, in our capacity for action or reflection.
Consciousness in motion is what we call experience. We normally associate meditation with always being still, sitting or with your feet crossed on a mat, but that is just a spiritual belief. Stillness comes from the mind, but movement is part of our life. The more transparent our mind is, the better we can observe our action, interaction and the relationship we have with everything that surrounds us, -without getting carried away so much by their movements-
In darker and more hostile environments, for example in the middle of a conflict, with people who generate tension, is when we really go beyond our own limits and reach levels that we did not even think existed and that we could overcome. In this episode we will be able to see how all this begins in us, in accepting that most unstable and vulnerable part as a normal part of our life without there having to be any conflict within us.
The sensations of our body, the perceptions of our surroundings and the ideas, thoughts and mental images create what we call experience. It is through putting awareness in these three points, body, mind and world, where we can see how the experience works as a whole, without separate parts, fragments or objects.
The Experience is like a great laboratory of self-knowledge where we are communicating with everything, with each sensation, perception or thought within the wide field of experience. Knowing ourselves more fully includes daily practice and for that we always have our experience in front of us, a wide and spacious field that allows us to know everything in a simple, direct and practical way.
In this final Episode we will analyze what the course has been and we will set a flexible agenda for the day to day. The objective is to be able to apply everything that we have gone learning during the course in a practical, conscious and relaxed way. And from there, be autonomous without depending on others, external circumstances or adverse situations, as a giant step to develop our full potential.
In this Session we will become aware of the meditation that comes at the end of the day. After any daily day full of experiences, there remains that emptiness full of contrasts, that silence in which we find ourselves relaxed to reflect and to be able to leave behind everything that has happened to us. In this way, recharge energy and be able to start the next day with new challenges and purposes.
