The Awakening Program accompanies us in the process of going to the very heart of the present moment. The purpose is to help us re-educate our body and mind to move with a new global understanding, an understanding that goes beyond the merely intellectual and is totally experiential..
Through a guided awareness, we go through layers and layers of tensions and contractions in the body and the feeling of limitation so ingrained as a result of mental abstraction. In such a way that the senses are opening up to the environment that surrounds us as they have been perfectly designed. A dull and rigid body cannot respond to the mental changes that we are developing, that is why it is important to observe it from a totally different perspective, not from the observer if not from pure observation.
This meditation is a mixture of the original Tantric Yoga of Kashmir and Zen Meditation, where each of the sensations, perceptions and thoughts are integrated in a single space, this space of present experience. Based on observation and visualization, we integrate mind and body and from there, the world around us.
This is where we are recognizing within us a nature that connects us and unites us to everything, to the love that is born from that natural bond. Not only does it allow us to relax and fully enjoy the present moment, but it also makes us exploit to the maximum our virtues, qualities and talents in everyday life.
When we take time to be present, we can notice that there is something in the experience that always accompanies us and that we would not know how to explain or define very well what it is and that escapes any mental understanding. Today it is already sufficiently proven through modern and advanced physics in what refers to a background substrate in the experience that allows us to be aware of everything, without which we could not have this life experience and that is also a regulating principle that integrates and gives meaning to all reality. The recognition of this so-called Presence as an essential part of us leads us to awaken also from the love, compassion and passion inherent in our nature, or put another way, allows us to fully enjoy this incredible experience of being alive.

Being attentive to the present experience is not simply a focus of attention, -it is full attention to everything that surrounds us- it is not a simple observing here or there, this or that, -it is pure observing in the background-, it is not being aware at times if and at others not, but we are aware all the time and we can not stop being. It is not a being, but rather a being, and for that reason it is the basic and defining quality of our nature..
Recognizing this awakened dimension is recover the natural bond with ourselves and at the same time get close to zero distance to everything around us, which includes our bond with nature, with satisfying relationships based on love, with healthier and more fruitful activities that are in accordance with our true purposes.
