#CREATING THE MAPS
“The Map is not the Territory…”
The map is just a guide that can help us to start moving through this territory called experience from a new global understanding that goes according to our heart and the sensitivity that the present moment demands of us. Once the map is followed, all we have left is to walk through the territory, to know it from my first hand and to explore it from direct experience.
In certain spiritual circles, the personal and individual part that we all have is systematically separated. Individual comes from the Latin word individere, which means "without division". Ultimately, there is no such thing as a separate and autonomous individual within reality, none of that exists in reality, but we have been designed to live with this apparent individual limitation, but from our essence without limits.
The individual we believe to be is only a mental construction of images, memories, knowledge within the broad field of experience, where our true nature resides in everything, this presence. In the same way that the map is not the territory, but it helps us to be able to enter it, our individuality helps us to function in our daily experience. All this without having to be a problem, on the contrary, a way to celebrate the diversity, richness and multiplicity that are part of life.
According to the point in which we find ourselves right now in life and depending on all those circumstances that only we know, a more direct approach can help us or a more progressive approach, but which, in turn, leads us to what We all really look for, have a full, satisfying and happy life.
We are all in essence the same but each person is in a different learning process, that's why you need a different approach. A way to start something to end up in nothing-personal approach-or if you prefer, a nothing that appears as an apparent something-direct approach. In any case, these approximations in the form of maps can help us to see the process from different points of view and with a greater perspective.
These steps or sub-steps, addresses are just maps to start directing us towards this vast and vast territory of our experience and to be able to explore our true nature in everyday life. Different approaches for the same result, to know ourselves in a deeper and more loving way from this presence.
3 maps
1- Pay attention to the thoughts, beliefs and conditioning that are repeated over the course of the day. Spending time to be aware of all these patterns by oneself is like knowing how to diagnose a disease before being put in treatment, discerning what kind of thoughts are harmful and toxic and setting them aside progressively, having understood how they affect us negatively on a day-to-day basis. In this sense, we can see how certain types of thoughts are related to tensions and contractions in our body and in turn also to the conflicts with which we coexist daily in our relationships, activities and jobs ...
2- Redirect the attention towards the Feel. Once these mental patterns are recognized, it is now the feeling that commands and takes us straight to the very heart of the experience, through going through layers and layers of deeper conditioning established not only in our minds, but in each of our cells, in our body memory. Through this deeper process, a true, pure and integral feeling appears.
3- Recognize a conscious and present dimension in us. From that integral feeling we are directing our attention towards the very center of the experience where the true calm, beauty and affection resides, which is the result of the simple absence of separation in our direct perception of reality.
