#THE PRESENT MOMENT

This present experience is like a great space where bodily sensations occur, perceptions of the surrounding environment, thoughts, emotions, where body sensations do close the eyes can be felt as close as perceptions such as sounds, views smells textures. In this same space of experience is where any of the thoughts that may be speaking to me also arise from another moment that is not this present moment, something that happened to me yesterday or something that we have to do tomorrow.

When we are fully aware of this present moment we feel a greater overture to what surrounds us and therefore a closeness to everything we come in contact with.

And the one that marks the beginning of all that is observation, observation is in fact what marks the creation of something, of anything that happens in our experience, of a bodily sensation, a sound ...

When we are still and pay attention to what happens around us we can observe how any detail of the environment vibrates with the body with the same resonance as if we bring a magnet to the iron ... but these feel more than a simple attraction,

It is rather a space of consonance that is accompanied by relaxation, well-being or joy.

Everyone has had at some point in their life that feeling of being fully present in the experience, whether in the midst of nature, or when we are immersed in a creative process, an activity, work or hobby that is of our total interest and passion, or with a person or being that we love.

The common denominator in this type of experiences beyond the content of them, is that there is an absence of thoughts related to something or someone, or in other words, we perceive reality from the direct sense without any kind of mental filter that can fragment the experience.
