#THE SEPARATION IS ALSO PERFECT

This apparent distance, separation, isolation that we can feel with respect to everything that surrounds us, is not the product of an error of our nature, nor is it anyone's fault, it is not bad luck or a bad combination of the stars. Separation is also perfect, in the sense that it is a consequence of the same synergistic nature of reality, which makes what we think over time become a feeling. Hence, if we believe that we are someone separated from the world (totally impossible thing) with time we will see it manifest through our senses, and over time we will end up believing that life is like that, a hard to survive, fight and hide from fears or what hurts us.

The word synergy has different etymological meanings, that of the Greek means cooperation. Along these same lines, all our sensations and perceptions, emotions and feelings, thoughts, images and ideas, are actively cooperating to show us the way we conceive of reality and see ourselves. To put it another way, everything is communicating at the highest level, and it cannot be other than from the unit. The world listens to us and shows how we are interpreting it.

In this sense, we are co-creators of every moment of our lives, and every moment is an opportunity to realize that we are part of this perfect balance that occurs all the time in us. However, taking conscientious thoughts have also taken a greater role with respect to everything else that arises in our experience. We are giving them focus, form and direction. What, but how do we do it and when, where does all this lead us ...? The only way is to observe each day and spend moments to see clearly, and thus transcend it ...

The self-concept and the image that we have created of ourselves and the idea that we have shaped of reality has become tremendously important in the way we directly feel our own body, in the perception of the environment through the senses, but It also manifests itself in the type of decisions that we are going to make, the relationships that we are going to establish, the activities and jobs that we will develop in life, or the thoughts and ideas that will tend to be repeated in everyday life, ...

When we believe that we are only a separate individual, it is accompanied by the image of being within a body and the idea of being limited by a mind. This belief of separation will gradually manifest itself as a series of subtle tensions and pain, a progressive compression of the senses, a feeling of being locked up and therefore separated from all surroundings and the rest. The result of all this is a distortion of the total sense of reality, with all the confusion, fear and suffering they generate.

If, on the contrary, we realize the integral character of all reality, of everything that happens in this present moment, the direct feeling will dominate our lives and we will feel that direct resonance in the form of passion, creativity and beauty in daily activities, closeness and affection in our relationships with others, surprise and fascination for the impact of the new, and ultimately love and compassion for everything around us.

When we know we are participants in this constant movement of present creation, we naturally get involved in everything that happens and our attitude towards events will be more responsible, courageous and energetic. This could be explained in the sense that we have no idea what will happen in the next moment, in fact we realize that life only happens from this near here and now. Realizing this simple fact makes us re-tune with everything that happens, with our body, the world around us.

In the now we just realize that everything is perfect according to how we are interpreting it, and how being aware only of that, makes us more sensitive to everything and flexible to the changes inherent in life.
